1. Services Provided
We offer life coaching services aimed at helping individuals achieve personal development and professional growth. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, free consultations, and other coaching-related programs. Coaching sessions are provided remotely (via phone or video conference) or in person, depending on availability.
2. Booking and Payments
All coaching appointments are scheduled through YouCanBook.me or other third-party booking platform. Payments for coaching services are processed through a third-party payment gateway, such as Stripe. By booking a session or purchasing any services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms in addition to our own.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To help ensure smooth scheduling and allow others the opportunity to book, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
• Cancellations or Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge the full session fee for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full session fee.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, including no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to providing you with high-quality life coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Personal growth and success depend on a variety of factors, including your willingness to engage in the process, commitment, and external circumstances. The Life Coach makes no promises regarding outcomes and does not offer any guarantees of success or improvement.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using our coaching services, you agree to the following:
• The Life Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on the services provided.
• You understand and agree that life coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or treatment. If you are in need of such services, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed professional.
• You are fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching process. The Life Coach is not liable for any consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the coaching services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coach Karissa Karma and www.coachkarissakarma.com, its affiliates, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, booking services, or coaching sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Coach Karissa Karma or licensed to us. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of the Website’s content without our express permission.
